Until recently I have never been a fan of putting anything besides Aquaphor on my lips. I used to hate the stickiness of lipglosses and the dryness of lipsticks. However, a few months ago I discovered a really cool concept on Sephora.com called a lipstain. Yes, I am aware that Sephora did not invent lipstains and that lipstains have been around for centuries, but they were a new concept to me. The specific lipstain that i purchased was the Tarte Natural Lip Stain in Charmed. I thought I was all that and a bag of chips walking into Sephora with my baby-sitting money to buy this eco-friendly product that claims to increase moisture by 6,000%! Personally, I do not think it increases moisture by 6,000%, but hey it still is good for the environment and i love the color! Anyways, after becoming obsessed with my lipstain I began to venture out to other lip products. I then started to use lipsticks, lip jellies, lip balms, and even some lip glosses! This Fall on the runways I have been drawn towards the dark berry lips or the classic red lip, even the nude ones. Below are some of the lipstick shades that stood out to me this coming season.

There you have it! Although some of these shades are similar, I admire them for different reasons. I think if I had to pick one as my favorite I would choose MAC's Kittenish. The shade is perfect for Fall and it has my favorite cremesheen finish.
What are your favorite lipsticks for this fall? Do you dare to rock the dark lip? Leave a comment letting me know!
